BLACK HEADS Tips

Black heads on nose are the beauty endanger of the face. These are more common on the T ZONE of the facial features. These are caused by the following factors.

  • Excessive secretion of sebaceous glands and they secrete more oil at that surface.
  • The bacteria grow at that place and the black spots appeared at that place due to the oxidizing effect of those bacteria at the place.
The make up and the dirt facilitate the growth of bacteria.
HOW TO CHECK THE APPEARANCE OF BLACK HEADS:
  1. Avoid harsh soaps.
  2. Do the exfoliation gently.
  3. Not to scratch the existing black heads or not to squeeze the black heads.

HOW TO REMOVE THEM:
  • The following steps may be taken to remove the black heads:
  • Wash your face with the mild soap or the face wash gently.
  • Use the benzyls per oxide as the exfoliate agent, the high concentrations should be avoided. The salicylic acid creams may be used for this purpose. In the beginning the skin is sensitive to these creams but starting with thin coating will make the skin accustomed to these.

  • Take enough water with the diet containing citrus fruits.
  • Before going to bed remove the makeup and use the bed side manners.
HOME PRODUCTS FOR BLACK HEADS:
  • You may make the paste of reddish seeds and water and apply it on the black heads and allow it to dry. Then scrub it gently and rinse with water.
  • The curd with the black pepper paste when applied has the effective remedy for the black heads.
  • Multanni mitti and the gulab jel when applied on the face it will make the skin smooth and remove the black heads.
